AutomationDevOpsSysAdminAI

I help companies eliminate repetitive manual work.

Automation specialist with a solid DevOps/SysAdmin foundation: technical audits to spot what should never be done twice by hand, custom solutions built on your stack (Ansible, n8n, Python, Terraform...), and implementation with real knowledge transfer to your team.

Portrait of Dean N'goma

About

My name is Dean N'goma, I'm an Automation/DevOps engineer.

I'm Dean N'goma, an Automation/DevOps engineer. I've spent the last seven years designing CI/CD pipelines, hardening production infrastructure, and running systems for teams across banking, insurance and tech — most recently specializing full-time in automation.

My sweet spot: turning whatever a team still does by hand — patching, deployments, monitoring, onboarding, even clocking in — into something that runs itself. Python and AI tooling are the newer instruments in that same toolbox.

What I do

Less firefighting. More automation.

Automation Audit

A technical audit of your workflows to find exactly where repetitive manual work is costing you time and money.

Custom Automation

Solutions tailored to your stack — Ansible, n8n, Python, Terraform — not a generic template forced onto it.

Implementation & Knowledge Transfer

I build it, ship it, and make sure your team can run and extend it without me — automation that doesn't create a new bottleneck.

Infra & SysAdmin Foundations

Everything above stands on solid ground: Linux systems, networking, monitoring and cloud run and hardened the DevOps way.

⚖️ Legal Action Platform

Freelance, since Jan 2026

Next.jsInfraSecurity

Building a dedicated platform with my lawyer to manage 25+ clients in a class action I'm part of.

  • Building it with Next.js, using Claude Code as a development accelerator
  • Fully responsible for infrastructure, deployment, storage and backups
  • Security-first: data encryption and access control from day one

🕐 Clock-in Automation

Nov — Dec 2025

SeleniumDockerVPN

Automated my own clock-in/out against an app that actively resists automation.

  • The app is built in Flutter, which normally makes Selenium useless — it renders no HTML DOM
  • Had to work headless, locate me in Spain despite the server sitting in France, and skip holidays/days off
  • Shipped as a docker-compose stack on Selenium Hub, running on a Debian 13 VM behind OpenVPN and Tailscale exit nodes

🛠️ Server Maintenance Automation

2025

n8nAutomationDiscord

Automated the monthly patch-and-restart cycle across my own fleet of virtual servers.

  • Orchestrated with a self-hosted n8n instance, driven by a color-coded spreadsheet for an at-a-glance view
  • Tracks each VM's status, last patch date, and whether its OS has gone EOL and needs upgrading
  • Sends a Discord notification the moment anything fails

🏡 Real Estate Assistant

Freelance, Jul 2024 — Jan 2025

  • Lead DevOps/Dev on a 4-person team (1 DevOps, 2 backend, 1 frontend)
  • Owned and built the AI agent from the ground up
  • Wired it to Google Maps for live info and Google Trends for recommendations
